Complete site development and construction of a new, state-of-the-art, seven-story indoor self-storage facility totaling approximately 350,000 square feet. The building features around 2,800 self-storage units, ground improvement through aggregate pier footings, a Girder Slab floor system, and 1,100 tons of structural steel. Additionally, the project incorporates a solar array electrical system to enhance sustainability and energy efficiency.
