• Procurement plan of all design professionals
• Soft & hard costs

During this phase of the project, HRCC works closely with design professionals to review project specifications, track and analyze budgets, and establish the project’s general requirements/conditions. HRCC will track and review all approval processes with the local municipalities to ensure a streamline approval process is had.

During this phase, HRCC will provide the services of “Constructability” for the project. Our team will perform the following tasks:

• Review construction documents for procedural requirements
• Review documents for any alternates needed for bidding
• Finalize master budgets
• Finalize master schedule
• Coordinate with local municipalities to procure building permit approvals.
