Pre-Construction Services:

Project Conceptual Phase

This phase of construction is crucial to the success of any construction project.  During this phase Hudson River Construction Company, LLC starts by developing a  “Conceptual Phase” to any one project.

During this phase Hudson River Contracting will work closely with our clients to determine the needs of the project and develop the following Project Master Listings:

• Develop Project Master Budget
• Develop Project Master Schedule
• Develop Cash Flow Analysis
• Develop Procurement Plan of all Design Professionals
• Establish and develop all Soft & Hard Costs for the project.

Design Development Phase

During this phase of the project, Hudson River Contracting will work closely with the desired design professionals in reviewing the requirements of the project, track and analyze budgets as design professionals start creating plans and establish the General Requirements/Conditions of the project.  During this phase Hudson River Construction Company, LLC will track and review all approval processes with the local municipalities to ensure a streamline approval process is had.

Construction Document Phase

During this phase, Hudson River Contracting will provide the services of “Constructabilty” for the project.  Our team will perform the following tasks:

• Review the set of construction documents for procedural requirements
• Review the documents for any Alternates needing to be established for bidding
• Finalize Master Budgets
• Finalize Master Schedule
• Coordinate with local munipilaties for all requirements to procure Building Permit approvals.
