BJ’s Wholesale Club, Newburgh, New York
This project involved the complete site development of an existing 8-acre site for the construction of a 92,000-square-foot state-of-the-art BJ’s Wholesale Club, featuring an integrated gas station and propane station. Strategically located just off the I-84 & I-87 interchange in Newburgh, NY, the site offers excellent accessibility and regional connectivity.
Consisting of comprehensive ground improvements to support the large-scale retail facility and associated infrastructure, state-of-the-art underground stormwater management system, ensuring long-term site sustainability and regulatory compliance, significant off-site improvements including work within the NYS DOT Right of Way with new turning lanes, modernization of traffic signals to enhanced traffic flow and safety for both visitors and the surrounding community.
