As part of a broader housing development initiative in the Town of Highland, this project involved the development of a dedicated retail site for Dollar General. Hudson River was responsible for full site development and the construction of a new 8,000-square-foot Dollar General store. The project was integrated into the overall community planning strategy, supporting local infrastructure growth and providing essential retail services to the area.
