Orange County Ironworks, Montgomery, New York
This multi-phase project began with the construction of a 20,000-square-foot office building and a 100,000-square-foot fabrication facility. In Phase 2, the existing office space underwent a complete rehabilitation, transforming it into a vibrant, modern workplace featuring wood accent walls, open-concept floor plans, wood ceilings, and a high-end conference room. The design incorporates a variety of textures and finishes, blending functionality with architectural sophistication. Phase 2 also included the construction of a second 150,000-square-foot fabrication facility, further expanding operational capacity and supporting continued growth.
